Urban odyssey story
la Fondation Desperados pour l’art urbain Present Escaped– Urban odyssey story, a collective exhibition designed by the artist Alëxone Dizac. Installed in an unusual place and usually closed to the public – La Poste Rodier, 1,200 m2 in the heart of the 9th arrondissement of Paris, the exhibition offers a dive into the narrative and rich in urban art.
Through installations, frescoes, sculptures, drawings and ceramics, Escaped tells a contemporary, intimate and collective odyssey. Urban art is presented as an art of narrative, nourished by shared stories, legends and imaginations. Each work becomes a stage of a journey, inviting the visitor to become an explorer and dreamer.
The exhibition brings together 12 French and international artists :
100TAUR, Andrew Schoultz, Benjamin Laading, Charles Fréger, CMP One, Duy Anh Nhan Duc, Hitnes, Icinnori (Mayumi Otero & Raphaël Urwiller), Madame, Miss Van, Steph Cop and Yun-Jung Song.
For Alëxone, who signs his first precinct here, Escaped is « an adventure to go through more than an exhibition to contemplate ».
